Abstract
This study aims to determine public service innovation at MPP Gresik Regency in the DPMPTSP field. The object of this research is the MPP of the DPMPTSP Gresik Regency. This study uses a descriptive qualitative approach. The data sources used are primary data sources and secondary data sources. Researchers used data collection techniques including interviews, documentation and observation. The data analysis technique used is data collection, data condensation, data presentation and conclusion or verification. Based on the results of research conducted, there are 7 innovations in DPMPTSP including Gresik Empowered, La Tanza, Joss Pol, Sip Dinda, O-Distro, K-Pop, and Sinopel. Relative advantage MPP Gresik Regency has done more than one visit. The suitability value of MPP Gresik Regency provides online services but still provides services on site. The value of service complexity when people do not fully know service procedures. Service innovation has been experimented with and has become an example for other regions. The ease of service innovation that has been carried out provides applications for people who want to provide services. Therefore, the public service innovations carried out by MPP for the DPMTSP section have been implemented optimally and can be accepted by the public who will carry out services at the MPP for the DPMTSP section.
