Abstract

Micro, small and medium enterprises (UMKM) are business activities that can expand job opportunities and provide various kinds of economic services to the community, as well as play a role in equitable distribution and increase in people's income, encourage economic growth, and achieve national economic stability. There are many types of businesses that can be carried out, both in the food and beverage sector and others. Talking about drinks, coffee is one of them, where people in Indonesia love this drink. As in this research, what is being done is about how to analyze the profiles of coffee shop entrepreneurs, costs and income, to analyze the feasibility of the business and how to develop a coffee shop business in Kramat Jegu Village, Taman Distict, Sidoarjo City. This study took data obtained from 5 informants of coffee shop business owners in Kramat Jegu Village, Taman Distict, Sidoarjo City. This research data collection techniques using interviews and observations as primary data collection tools. The type of research used is a qualitative method in which in this study using the calculation tools Revenue Cost Ratio and Return On Investment as an indicator of the feasibility of a coffee shop business.
