Abstract

This study aims to determine the simultaneous and partial effect of the Work Environment, Competence, Motivation on Employee Performance at PT. Sulfatama Kencana in Surabaya. This type of research is quantitative research and all data is obtained through interviews and questionnaires. The sample in this study were 45 employees. The sampling technique uses the saturated sample method. The data analysis method used is the validity test, reliability test, multiple linear regression analysis, classical assumption test, and the coefficient of determination. The hypothesis testing technique uses the F test and the t test. The results of this study indicate that the Work Environment, Competence, Motivation on Employee Performance at PT. Sulfatama Kencana in Surabaya. simultaneously has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT. Sulfatama Kencana Surabaya. While partially the influence of the work environment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT. Sulfatama Kencana in Surabaya. Competence has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT. Sulfatama Kencana in Surabaya. Work motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT.
