Abstract

"This study aims to determine the effect of workload, work environment, and work discipline on employee performance at PT. Semen Indonesia Gresik (SIG). This research belongs to the type of quantitative research. The object of this research is PT. Semen Indonesia Gresik, Production Packing Division. The target population and sample in this study are all employees of PT. Semen Gresik Indonesia, Production Packing Division, amounting to 138 respondents. The sampling technique used is the slovin technique. The data collection method used is by distributing questionnaires and conducting interviews. The analysis method used in this study is Validity Test, Reliability Test, Classic Assumption Test, Multiple Linear Regression Analysis, and Determination Coefficient. The hypothesis testing technique uses the Simultaneous Test (F Test), and Partial Significance Test (t Test). The results of this study indicate that the workload, work environment, and work discipline variables simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on employee performance.
