Abstract
Business feasibility is an activity carried out to determine whether this business is feasible or not. Business in the wood furniture industry is an industrial business that processes wood semi-finished materials for the needs of the community. In this test analyzes the feasibility of industrial enterprises in wood furniture based on financial aspects. The purpose of this study was to determine whether the industrial business on wooden furniture in Rungkut Surabaya district is feasible. Based on business feasibility in the financial aspect, the things studied are NPV or Net Present Value, IRR or Internal Rate of Return, Gross B/C or Gross Benefit Cost and Payback period. Qualitative research methods used in this study, with data analysis techniques with observation to see the state of the object of study, then conduct interviews and documentation studies. Analysis of data used using microsoft excel by testing NPV, IRR, Gross B/C and Payback period. On the results of research findings NPV owned by Mrs. point of Rp. 65.592.176. With a discount factor of 6.75% based on the commercial interest rate of BI (Bank Indonesia). The IRR result of the mother Point business amounted to 37%. Results of Gross B / C of 3.32 >1 then this business is feasible to run. Result of the payback period of this informant. Return on investment value of the mother Point business for 11 months 4 days.
