Abstract
This research aims to determine the relationship between emotional maturity and self adjustment with family harmony in women living with their mothers-in-law. The method used in this research is a quantitative method with multiple linear regression analysis technique. Sample determination was conducted using the G Power calculation technique with a total of 155 women living with their mothers-in-law. Data analysis was performed using the Statistical Package for Social Science for Windows (SPSS) version 25. Based on the data analysis results, it can be seen that there is a relationship between emotional maturity and self-adjustment with family harmony in women living with their mothers-in-law with an F-value of 469.212, p=0.001 (p<0.05). Thus, it can be concluded that there is a significant relationship between emotional maturity and self-adjustment in women living with their mothers-in-law. Additionally, it is also found that there is a positive relationship between emotional maturity and family harmony in women living with their mothers-inlaw with a t-value of 7.773, p=0.001 (p<0.05), meaning that higher emotional maturity is associated with better family harmony in women living with their mothers-in-law. Similarly, there is a positive relationship between self-adjustment and family harmony with a t-value of 13.897, p=0.001 (p<0.05), indicating that higher self-adjustment is associated with better family harmony in women living with their mothers-in-law.
