Abstract

The development in the world of business is very rapid and the economic development is progressing which leads to a variety of problems in the industry. However, the company does not stop there because in fact there are still products that do not meet previously specified specifications or products that are defective. y. In the flow of the manufacturing process of the filling machine, it experiences several defects in the production process of products that often experience defects on the pipeline production part. From this data, the most common types of defects and levels of characteristics can be identified using the Pareto diagram, and the causes and effects of the production process. Statistical Process Control (SPC) explains that this tool is used to continuously monitor production processes and identify damage that occurs during the production process. Based on the results of the paretro diagram, it can be concluded that 32.2% of defects in the production of filling machines in the pipeline product part are leaked pipes.
