Abstract

This study aims to determine the relationship between psychological well�being and organizational commitment to employees. This study used correlational quantitative research with a total of 106 subjects. The sampling technique in this study was a purposive sampling technique. The criteria used in this study are men or women aged 17-60 years who are working in a company. The normality test results obtained a significance value of 0.800> 0.05 and the Kolmogrov Smirnov table value of 0.645 so that it can be concluded that the data obtained from the study were normally distributed. The linearity test obtained a significance of 0.961 (p>0.05) meaning that there is a linear relationship between the Organizational Commitment variable and Psychological Well-Being. Based on the results of the data analysis test using the Simple Linear Regression Test, a correlation value or relationship (R) was obtained of 0.293 with a significance value of 0.000 (p <0.05) meaning that there is a very significant positive relationship between psychological well being and organizational commitment to employees. In addition, a coefficient of determination (R Square) of 0.086 was obtained, which means that the percentage contribution of the psychological well-being variable to organizational commitment was 8.6% while the rest was influenced by other variables not included in this study.
