Abstract

This study aims to determine whether there is an influence between the price perception variables, location on service quality through customer satisfaction and customer loyalty at Kangen Jogja Café Jl.Lidah Wetan Surabaya. This type of research used is quantitative research. The population of this research is customers of Kangen Jogja Café Jl.Lidah Wetan Surabaya who have made purchases at least twice, with a total sample of 110 people. Data collection techniques using questionnaires and data analysis techniques using SmartPLS 3.2.9. The results showed that price perception had a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction and customer loyalty, location had a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction and customer loyalty, service quality had a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction and customer loyalty, and customer satisfaction had a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty.
