Abstract
Home indutry mie ilmi is an UMKM engaged in the food industry, producing wet noodles and dumpling skins. To produce wet noodles requires 4 production processes, namely mixing ingredients with a mixer machine, forming dough with a roll 1 machine, flattening dough with a roll 2 machine, and molding noodles with a noodle roll printing machine. Each machine has a certain capacity, such as in each roll machine with a capacity of 30kg, while in the mixer machine only has a capacity of 15 kg, it is necessary to redesign the machine so that all machines have the same capacity, especially in the mixer machine with the least capacity, so that production activities are less than optimal. In designing this tool, it is necessary to do anthropometric calculations by measuring the human body in order to operate the machine comfortably. The size of the tool obtained from anthropometric calculations, namely the height of the tool is 101 cm, the width of the tool back is 58 cm, the diameter of the stirring bars is 3.5 cm. The length of the mixer tube changed from 43 cm to 50 cm, and the dough capacity increased by 10kg from 15 kg to 25kg, because the capacity of the machine used for the next process is only 30kg, the mixer machine capacity is made no more than 30kg. If there is a build-up of dough, the dough that is not produced immediately will dry / the texture will change and the mixer process must be done again.
