Abstract

PT. Starfood International adalah perusahaan yang bergerak dibidang ekspor hasil laut, yang beralamat di Jl. Raya Daendles KM 76. Desa Kandangsemangkon, Kec. Paciran Kab. Lamongan. PT. Starfood International memiliki 3 produk, salah satunya yaitu Surimi. Risiko adalah suatu kejadian atau peristiwa yang tidak diinginkan atau datang tidak diduga yang mengakibatkan kerugian. Pada identifikasi permasalahan tahap awal, kendala yang dihadapi perusahaan yaitu ketidakstabilan pasokan bahan baku berupa ikan karena bergantung pada cuaca atau faktor alam. Hal tersebut menyebabkan ketidakpastian dalam perencanaan produksi. Dengan hal itu, kendala atau tantangan yang terkait dengan perusahaan perikanan dapat diminimasi dengan mengelolah proses rantai pasok / supply chain, dimana kegiatan tersebut dari memasok bahan baku hingga pendistribusian ke tangan konsumen. Penelitian ini menggunakan model SCOR dan House Of Risk (HOR). Pada tahap HOR 1 mengidentifikasi kejadian risiko, menentukan penilaian severity, penilaian occurrence, korelasi antara risk event dengan risk agen dan perhitungan nilai ARP. Hasil dari identifikasi risiko didapatkan 13 kejadian risiko dan 20 agen risiko. Terpilih 12 agen risiko dengan nilai tertinggi kesatu,kedua dan ketiga yaitu bahan baku yang bergantung pada musim, kurangnya komunikasi antara perusahaan dengan supplier, pencucian bahan baku dilakukan secara manual. Berdasarkan nilai ARP tertinggi dan dilakukan perencanaan strategi mitigasi. Terdapat 12 strategi mitigasi yang diusulkan guna mengurangi kemungkinan risiko yang terjadi di perusahaan. Tiga diantaranya yang memiliki nilai tertinggi yaitu melakukan komunikasi dengan supplier (target/rencana,RM masuk), menjalin komunikasi dengan baik ke buyer untuk mempercepat pembayaran barang agar tidak terlambat, harus sesuai spek supplier guarantee.
