Abstract

Mobile legend games are often faced with the problem of verbal aggressiveness, it does not rule out the possibility of playing intensity factors that can lead to verbal aggressiveness behavior that arises due to the anonymity of both age, gender, and race. This study aims to determine the relationship between the intensity of playing mobile legend and verbal aggressiveness in terms of gender. This study uses a quantitative approach and accidental sampling to find participants, the data obtained will be analyzed using SPSS version 18 to perform multiple linear regression calculations. Based on the calculation of multiple linear regression analysis, it was found that the partial correlation result t = 18.8494 with a significance of 0.000 (p <0.05) which means that there is a significant positive correlation between the intensity of playing mobile legend and verbal aggressiveness, so that the higher the intensity of playing mobile legend the higher the verbal aggressiveness, and vice versa, the lower the intensity of playing mobile legend, the lower the verbal aggressiveness and also obtained there is a difference but not significant in the relationship between the intensity of playing mobile legend: bang-bang in men and women.
