Abstract
CV. Mahkota Kreasi Berlina kesulitan untuk memenuhi permintaan. Padahal saat ini, CV Mahkota Kreasi Berlina sudah melakukan penambahan jam kerja setiap minggunya. Dalam hal ini CV. Mahkota Kreasi Berlina belum pernah melaksanakan perhitungan pengoptimalan tenaga kerja dan melakukan perbandingan penambahan tenaga kerja dengan jam lembur. Oleh karena itu, guna memenuhi permintaan maka peneliti akan menghitung kebutuhan tenaga kerja dan melakukan perbandingan antara menambah tenaga kerja dan overtime sesuai perencanaan produksi atau dengan metode workload analysis (WLA) pada biaya paling minimum. Dari pengolahan data ini menghasilkan biaya tenaga kerja minimum yaitu perhitungan jumlah kebutuhan tenaga kerja dalam periode 6 bulan yang menggunakan 42 tenaga kerja dan melakukan overtime dengan total biaya Rp. 495.800.000 per 6 bulan. Perhitungan tenaga kerja dengan WLA mengakibatkan perusahaan mengeluarkan biaya yang cukup besar, dimana hasil perhitungan WLA sebesar Rp.526.392.533 per 6 bulan
