Abstract

Kinerja karyawan yang baik sangat diperlukan guna menghasilkan kualitas SDM yang baik dalam perusahaan. Untuk lebih meningkatkan kinerja pegawai, PT Gading Puri Perkasa perlu meninjau kembali proses pemberian motivasi kepada karyawan agar kepuasan kerja dan disiplin kerja terjadi lebih baik. Dengan menerapkan gaya kepemimpinan yang baik, adil dan memuaskan dan diharapkan mampu meningkatkan kualitas kinerja karyawan. Dengan adanya peningkatan kinerja tersebut nantinya dapat meningkatkan pula kinerja perusahaan secara keseluruhan, yang mampu menjadi nilai tambah bagi PT Gading Puri Perkasa untuk bersaing dengan distributor lainnya. Menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif. Gaya Kepemimpinan Transformasional berpengaruh tidak signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan. Motivasi Kerja berpengaruh tidak signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan. Kepuasan Kerja berpengaruh tidak signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan. Disiplin Kerja berpengaruh tidak signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan. Gaya Kepemimpinan Transformasional, Motivasi Kerja, Kepuasan Kerja, dan Disiplin Kerja berpengaruh tidak signifikan secara simultan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan.
