Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the work environment, transformational leadership style, job satisfaction on employee performance at LPP RRI SURABAYA. This research is a questionnaire. In this study, researchers used quantitative analysis, multiple linear regression analysis. Descriptive analysis, T-test and F-test with the help of SPSS 17. The population in this study were all 50 LPP RRI Surabaya employees. Data collection was carried out by observation and questionnaires were given to respondents with reference to measuring interval values to produce quantitative data with reliability tests. then the classical assumption test and analyzed multiple linear regression and the coefficient of determination . Hypothesis testing in this study used the T test and F test. Data processing applied the IBM SPSS statistics program version 26 The results obtained are the t test (partial) on the Work Environment variable (X1) to test the hypothesis used the t test which shows the partial effect of the work environment variable (X1) on the Employee Performance variable (Y). while the independent variables consisting of Work Environment (X1), Transformational Leadership Style (X2), and Job Satisfaction (X3) simultaneously have a significant effect on Employee Performance (Y).
