Abstract
Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) have a significant impact on the economy in Indonesia because they contribute to the increase in national income and provide employment opportunities, thus leading to higher incomes for the people. Furthermore, the availability of job opportunities is another benefit. The development of MSMEs expands the economic base and contributes significantly to accelerating national economic resilience. The development of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises is aimed at reaching and benefiting rural areas as well. This research is a quantitative study. The population for this study consists of culinary traders in Pacet Village, Pacet District, Mojokerto Regency, totaling 137 traders. Data was collected using questionnaires, observations, and direct interviews with culinary traders in Pacet Village, Pacet District, Mojokerto Regency. The sampling method used was simple random sampling, which is a technique of random sampling where each member of the population has an equal chance of being selected as a sample. The sample size for the study was determined using the Slovin formula, resulting in 57 respondents. Data analysis techniques in this research included multiple linear regression analysis, validity test, reliability test, t-test, F-test, and coefficient of determination (R-squared). The research findings indicate that (1) working capital has a significant positive influence on income, (2) working hours have a significant positive influence on income, and (3) working capital and working hours together have a positive influence on the income of culinary traders in Pacet Village, Pacet District, Mojokerto Regency.
