Abstract
Development is a programmed effort or plan to get to something better. In improving the standard of living and welfare of the people, development efforts are made in the economic field. One example of evidence of the development of small industries that have succeeded in creating national development is in this Kue Rungkut Village. In this Cake Village there is a thriving home industry. The entrepreneurs in Kampung Kue focus on producing a variety of traditional cakes, both wet and dry. Most of the problems experienced by entrepreneurs are limitations related to the availability of production tools. This limitation affects the number of products that are successfully produced each day. In addition, the unstable prices of basic commodities make the profits obtained by entrepreneurs uncertain. Seeing the conditions that occur in this cake village business actor, it is necessary to have an analysis related to the feasibility of his business. This study aims to find out and analyze the feasibility of traditional cake SMEs in Rungkut sub-district, Surabaya city. The method used is a qualitative approach. This research uses 6 informants as complementary data. In this study the informant determination technique used was non-probability sampling, namely snowball sampling. Business feasibility analysis is determined by analyzing costs, revenues and profits. Based on the business feasibility analysis, it can be concluded that the average R/C ratio is 2.41; B/C ratio of 1.41; and ROI of 112.8%. This shows that the UMKM Traditional Cake business in Rungkut District, Surabaya City is feasible. Keywords: R/C, B/C, ROI, MSME Traditional Cake, Business Feasibility Analys
