Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara stres akademik dan hardiness dengan kecemasan karir di masa depan pada mahasiswa akhir. Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan jumlah 121 subjek. Teknik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah teknik purposive sampling. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa aktif yang sedang menempuh pendidikan di semester akhir. Berdasarkan perhitungan analisis regresi diketahui bahwa uji hipotesis 1 menunjukkan bahwa nilai t = 10,410 dengan p= 0,000 (p<0,01), artinya terdapat hubungan yang sangat signifikan antara stres akademik dengan kecemasan karir di masa depan pada mahasiswa akhir. Uji hipotesis 2 menunjukkan bahwa nilai t = -2,003 dengan p= 0,000 (p<0,01), artinya terdapat hubungan yang sangat signifikan antara hardiness dengan kecemasan karir di masa depan pada mahasiswa akhir. Sementara itu uji hipotesis 3 diperoleh skor F = 88,446 dengan p=0,000 (p<0,01), artinya terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara stres akademik dan hardiness dengan kecemasan karir di masa depan pada mahasiswa akhir.
