Abstract
This study aims to determine the factors that influence the level of user satisfaction in the Surabaya bus transportation service as one of the land transportation in the city of Surabaya. The research method used is qualitative with data collection methods in-depth interviews and documentation. The results of the study showed that the response of the people of the city of Surabaya to the existence of the Surabaya bus was positive and negative. The positive response given was in the form of the facilities provided by the Surabaya buses which were very complete and made passengers not feel bored. While the negative response is that there are several bus stops that are still not evenly distributed. Implementation of the Surabaya Bus Service as One of the Land Transportation in the City of Surabaya based on an analysis of Tangible, Reliability, Responsiveness, Assurance, and Emphaty all aspects of the service provided by Surabaya buses are good. Customer satisfaction can be seen from several aspects starting from the aspect of service quality which includes the discipline of service officers, the Koja Trans Bus is consistent with arrival times and.
