Abstract
This study aims to analyze the influence of organizational culture, work environment and work discipline on the performance of Gojek drivers in the Central Surabaya area. This study uses sampling data of 96 drivers from the total number of motorcycle taxi drivers in Central Surabaya, through questionnaires. The type of research used is descriptive research with quantitative research methods. The analysis technique used is validity test, reliability test, multiple linear regression analysis, t test (partial) and F test (simultaneous) test the coefficient of determination (R2) which is processed using the SPSS 29 program. The results of the study concluded that partially there is a positive and significant influence between organizational culture on employee performance, this can be seen from the significant t value of 0.047 <0.05. The work environment partially has a positive and significant influence on employee performance, this can be seen from the significant t value of 0.003 <0.05. Work discipline partially has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, this can be seen from the significant t value of 0.001 <0.05. Organizational culture, work environment and work discipline simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on the performance of gojek drivers in the Central Surabaya area, this can be seen from the significant F value of 0.001b <0.05. It is hoped that this research can be used as reference material and support in decision making for PT Gojek Indonesia relating to Organizational Culture (X1), Work Environment (X2), Work Discipline (X3). In addition, this research is expected to be able to provide new knowledge and insights regarding Organizational Culture (X1), Work Environment (X2), Work Discipline (X3) at PT Gojek Indonesia.
