Abstract
The car rental business in the Beji sub-district is a business that runs in the field of leasing car transportation services. Car rental business actors in the Beji sub�district provide various types of cars, such as Innova, Ertiga, Avanza and Xenia. The purpose of the research to be achieved in accordance with the formulation of the problem that has been described is to analyze the feasibility of a car rental business. Analysis of the feasibility of the business itself is determined based on the results of data calculations that have been obtained by the author. The collection technique used in this study was descriptive qualitative with data collection methods using direct field observation and interviews with car rental business actors in Beji sub-district as informants. Meanwhile, for testing the feasibility of a business using quantitative analysis methods to process the data that has been obtained with the Net Benefit Cost Ratio (B/C Ratio) and Revenue Cost Ratio (R/C Ratio) tools. It is said to be feasible if it meets the requirements, namely the B/C ratio shows a result of more than 1 (1>) and the R/C ratio shows more than 1 (>1). The results obtained are that the car rental business in the Beji sub-district shows a B/C ratio > 1 and an R/C ratio > 1. So, it can be said that the car rental business in the Beji sub-district is feasible.
