Abstract

PT. Kerta Rajasa Raya merupakan perusahaan manufaktur yang bergerak dibidang industri pembuatan karung plastik. Perusahaan menggunakan mesin Lohia 1 (Mesin Extruder dan Winder Lohia 1) dalam memproduksi produk setengah jadi, yaitu benang plastik untuk bahan utama pembuatan karung plastik. Mesin Lohia 1 ini memiliki jenis kecacatan yang berbeda-beda, yang menyebabkan kecacatan dan hasil produksi tidak sesuai target. Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) merupakan salah satu metode pengukuran untuk menentukan sejauh mana kinerja, serta kualitas dari mesin atau peralatan. OEE dikenal sebagai salah satu implementasi dari Total Productive Maintenance (TPM). Pengukuran tingkat efektifitas kinerja mesin Lohia 1 di PT. Kerta Rajasa Raya pada periode Februari 2022 hingga Maret 2022 hasil yang didapatkan terbilang kurang memenuhi sesuai dengan standar JIPM (Japan Institute Of Plant Maintenance) dengan standar 85%, sedangkan keefektifan dari mesin Lohia 1, yaitu untuk bulan Februari 2022 sebesar 23% dan bulan Maret 2022 sebesar 33%. Maka, nilai presentase OEE masih di bawah 85%
