Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect partially or simultaneously of the independent variables of Work Discipline, Incentives, and Teamwork on the dependent variable Employee Performance at BAZNAS Kota Surabaya. This research uses quantitative methods. The population in this study were all BAZNAS Kota Surabaya employees, totaling 40 people. The sample in this study was taken using a saturated sampling technique where the entire population was used as the sample. The data collection technique in this study was a survey technique with a questionnaire as an instrument. Data analysis in this study used the validity test, reliability test, classic assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis and the coefficient of determination (R2), while the hypothesis testing technique used the t test and F test. Work Discipline partially has a significant positive effect on Employee Performance, Incentives partially has a significant positive effect on Employee Performance, Teamwork partially has a significant positive effect on Employee Performance. Simultaneously Work Discipline, Incentives, and Teamwork have a significant effect on Employee Performance.
