Abstract

This study aims to identify the influence of transformational leadership style, work ethic, and burnout on the performance of employees in the operational section of PT. Pelindo Multi Terminal Surabaya. Through optimizing these three variables, it is hoped that employee performance in a company can increase. This research is casual explanatory research. The sample in this study was all employees of the operational section of PT. pelindo multi terminal Surabaya which amounted to 100 people. The data analysis technique of this study uses the validity test, reliability test, and coefficient of determination. The research hypothesis was tested using multiple linear regression through t-test and f-test. This study took place in Surabaya with a research sample The sample in this study were employees of the operational section of PT. pelindo multi terminal surabaya. The results found from this study found that transformational leadership style, work ethic, and burnout have a significant effect on employee performance.
