Abstract

This study aims to find out how to market products and introduce their brands to customers and provide recommendations to business people after knowing the problems they face when optimizing their online stores. This study uses a qualitative approach, where in qualitative research, conceptualization, categorization, and descriptions are developed on the basis of "events" obtained during field activities. After the researcher analyzed the things about them brand using observation, interview, and documentation techniques, he described that this brand is very popular with young people, especially women who are fanatical about K-pop. With sales made online or digitally, the owner of the things about them brand, the researcher chose the marketing mix theory which, according to Kotler Keller, is related to the 4p as follows: Product, Price, Place, Promotion. The results of the study show that Things about them have implemented four marketing mixes in increasing brand awareness @thingsaboutthem. These four stages include, the first is the stage of determining the product that is carried out by things about them, namely carrying out product discovery and giving the right brand to be marketed to its target market. The second stage is the price planning stage, which details the funds calculated from the initial capital spent on making the product before it is marketed to consumers. The fourth stage that is carried out is the stage of choosing a place as a forum for distributing product sales, brand recognition, buying and selling transactions. The fourth stage that is carried out by things about them is the promotion stage after communicating from the stages carried out before and promotional activities can be carried out.
