Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh dari modal, lama usaha, jam kerja dan strategi penjualan terhadap pendapatan pelaku usaha warung makan di Kecamatan Sukolilo. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh pelaku usaha warung makan di Kecamatan Sukolilo, Kota Surabaya. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah sampel jenuh yaitu populasi yang digunakan sebagai sampel hanya 30 responden. Teknik analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan model analisis regresi linear berganda untuk melihat pengaruh modal, lama usaha, jam kerja dan pemasaran terhadap tingkat pendapatan pemilik usaha warung makan di Kecamatan Sukolilo, Kota Surabaya. Hasil dari analisis regresi berganda menunjukkan bahwa ada pengaruh antara modal usaha, lama usaha, jam kerja dan strategi penjualan secara simultan berpengaruh terhadap pendapatan warung makan di Kecamatan Sukolilo, Kota Surabaya. Simultan yang dipengaruhi oleh signifikansi sebesar 0,000 yang artinya bahwa secara simultan atau bersama-sama modal, lama usaha, Jam Kerja dan strategi penjualan mempengaruhi pendapatan warung makan di Kecamatan Sukolilo Surabaya. Dari hasil analisis Uji t dalam penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa variabel modal usaha (X1), jam kerja (X3) dan strategi penjualan (X4) berpengaruh signifikan terhadap pendapatan (Y), sedangkan variabel lama usaha (X2) tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhdapap pendapatan (Y).
