Abstract

Wilayah Operasi PT. Pelabuhan Indonesia III melayani Indonesia kawasan timur. Terminal Berlian, Terminal Nilam, Terminal Kalimas, Terminal Petikemas Surabaya (TPS), Terminal Teluk Lamong, dan Terminal Penumpang Gapura Surya Nusantara. Terminal Berlian merupakan terminal milik PT. Berlian Jasa Terminal Indonesia (PT. BJTI) yang merupakan salah satu Anak Perusahaan dari PT. Pelabuhan Indonesia III (Persero). Terminal Berlian tergolong sangat aktif hingga saat ini (Annual Report, 2018). Jadi, untuk meningkatkan dan mendukung keaktifan arus barang di area Pelabuhan dibutuhkan infrasturktur yang memadai agar tidak mengakibatkan waiting time menjadi lama. Tujuan dari perencanaan ini Peneliti ingin melakukan analisis untuk perencanaan struktur atas yaitu perhitungan dimensi dermaga, perhitungan konstruksi , perhitungan pembebanan (Vertical dan Horizontal (gaya tumbukan kapal)) dan control design tulangan, dengan tujuan untuk memaksimalkan fungsi dermaga, supaya memperlancar aktivitas receiving/delivery dari dan ke Terminal Berlian. Sehingga proses bongkar muat barang akan lebih efektif dan tidak menimbulkan antrian panjang serta tidak menimbulkan kemacatam . Dermaga General Cargo type pier dapat melayani kapal cargo kapasitas 50.000 DWT dengan kedalaman panjang kapal 226 m. Struktur bawah menggunakan SPSP (Steel Pipe Sheet Pile) Grade 2. Perencanaan dermaga dianalisis menggunakan softwere SAP2000 dengan model 3D, dari hasil perencanaan ditetapkan dimensi dermaga 326 m × 40 m, Dimensi balok 1000 mm × 800 mm, dan juga tebal pelat 250 mm. Tiang pancang menggunakan SPSP dengan Diameter 1016 mm. Dari hasil perencanaan diperoleh nilai momen balok terbesar 893,337 kN-m, nilai displacement 0,008947 m.
