Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis shouryakugo yang digunakan dalam manga “Komi-san wa, Komyushou desu” volume 24-25. Metode deskriptif kualitatif dan pendekatan morfologi digunakan untuk mengungkap serta mendapatkan gambaran penelitian secara mendalam tentang proses pembentukan dan jenis-jenis shouryakugo yang terdapat pada manga “Komi-san wa, Komyushou desu” volume 24-25. Kompilasi data dalam penelitian ini, memanfaatkan teknik baca dan catat. Sedangkan untuk menganalisis data akan menggunakan teori Nakayama mengenai proses pembentukan shouryakugo. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan adanya total 128 shouryakugo, dengan 23 shouryakugo memiliki makna yang berbeda. ke 23 shouryakugo tersebut diklasifikasian berdasarkan jenis dan proses pembentukan katanya, menjadi: 3 kata termasuk shouryakugo jenis zenbu shouryakukei di mana bagian awal kata mengalami pemendekan, 9 kata termasuk shouryakugo jenis gobu shouryakukei yakni bagian akhir kata mengalami pemendekan, 3 kata termasuk shouryakugo jenis chuu shouryakukei yang mana bagian tengah kata mengalami pemendekan, 5 kata termasuk shouryakugo jenis kousei youso tanbun ketsugoukei yang pada bagian tengah dan akhir kata mengalami pemendekan, dengan menyisakan bagian depan kata, dan 3 kata termasuk shouryakugo jenis romaji shouryaku yaitu penyingkatan berdasarkan huruf romaji.
