Abstract

This study discusses the effect of workload, burnout and resilience on employee performance at PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia, East Flores Waiwerang Unit. The purpose of the research to be achieved is to determine and analyze workload, burnout, and resilience partially or simultaneously on employee performance at PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia, East Flores Waiwerang Unit. This study uses sampling data of 50 employees at PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia Unit Wawierang East Flores through distributing questionnaires using quantitative data types. In the research results, the T test shows that the variables Workload and Resilience have a positive or significant effect on Employee Performance. The Burnout variable has a negative or no significant effect on employee performance. And the results of the F test show that the variables Workload, Burnout and Resilience simultaneously affect Employee Performance at PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia, East Flores Waiwerang Unit.
