Abstract
CV Roby Abadi is a convection business with various products in production, namely shirts, t-shirts, uniforms, and other clothing. CV Roby Abadi wants to get maximum profit on the production of batch uniforms. However, in the process of producing batch uniforms carried out by CV Roby Abadi until now, it has not planned properly and does not have a calculation of production factors as a reference in producing. So it only uses estimates and does not know the combination of products that should be produced. The purpose of this research is to calculate the optimal production, find out the optimal product combination, the profit obtained, and the implementation of optimization in the production of CV Roby Abadi. The method that can be applied to this problem is the Goal Programming optimization model. To facilitate the work in getting a solution, data processing is done using QM For Windows. The results showed that the optimal production calculation obtained revenue of Rp 34.390.000, with a production cost of Rp 25.407.630, 425 meters of fabric raw materials, 40850 meters of yarn, 130 pcs of zippers, 780 pcs of buttons, and the time required was 951 hours. After implementing Goal programming, the optimal results are 30 units of size S, 30 units of size M, 30 units of size L, and 40 units of size XL. So, the profit that will be obtained by CV Roby Abadi in optimal conditions is Rp 8.982.370. Keywords: Goal Programming, Optimization, Production Planning, Profit
