Abstract

Kebutuhan air oleh seluruh makhluk hidup adalah kebutuhan yang tidak akan terpisahkan disetiap kehidupan sehari-hari. Dalam pemanfaatan air khususnya untuk lahan persawahan, Pemerintah Indonesia melakukan usaha pembangunan di bidang pengairan yang bertujuan agar dapat langsung dirasakan oleh masyarakat dalam memenuhi kebutuhan air. Oleh karena itu, perlu adanya analisis terkait ketersediaan air dan kebutuhan air. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk menganalisis kebutuhan air irigasi dan neraca air pada bendung rejosari kab. Jombang. Hasil analisis kebutuhan air irigasi untuk bendung Rejosari masing – masing jenis tanaman adalah Padi memperoleh nilai 28,99 l/dt/ha Palawija 6,95 l/dt/ha Tebu 9,28 l/dt/ha. Sedangkan untuk total kebutuhan air di intake adalah 124,93 m3/dt. analisis ketersediaan air irigasi untuk bendung Rejosari didapatkan nilai debit maksimal yaitu 10,00 m3/dt pada bulan Februari III sedangkan untuk debit minimal yaitu 1,48 m3/dt pada bulan November II. Total ketersediaan air irigasi selama satu tahun adalah 180,33 m3/dt . hasil perhitungan neraca air dalam 1 tahun dengan pola tanam 10 harian, diperoleh sebanyak 23 periode memenuhi dengan 13 periode tidak memenuhi. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan prosentase neraca air sebesar 64% dengan nilai ketersediaan air 180,33 m3/dt, kebutuhan air di intake 124,93 m3/dt dengan selisih sebesar 55,41 m3/dt.
