Abstract

Banyak perusahaan di Indonesia bersaing dalam dunia bisnis yang semakin kompetitif untuk menghasilkan keuntungan. Salah satunya merupakan perusahaan dibidang jasa transportasi yang handal dan terpercaya yaitu PT. Bluebird, Tbk. Saat ini persaingan perusahaan jasa transportasi berkembang sangat pesat. Munculnya pesaing memaksa perusahaan untuk meningkatkan kinerja keuangannya. Perusahaan PT. Bluebird, Tbk mengalami penurunan pendapatan. Penurunan pendapatan tersebut membuat perusahaan harus memikirkan kesinambungan kinerja keuangannya dan memikirkan strategi yang akan diterapkan untuk keberlanjutan usahanya. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh Rasio profitabilitas (NPM, ROA, ROE) Terhadap Kinerja Keuangan Perusahaan Pada PT. Blue Bird, Tbk Yang Terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia Tahun 2017-2022. Pada penelitian terdahulu, menyatakan bahwa ada standar nilai industri rasio profitabilitas yang mempengaruhi kinerja keuangan. Nilai standar industri untuk NPM > 5%, ROA > 9%, dan ROE > 15%. Apabila nilai NPM, ROA, dan ROE lebih dari sama dengan dari nilai rata-rata maka perusahaan sudah mampu mengelola manajemen kinerja keuangan dengan baik, begitu juga sebaliknya. Hasil penelitian ini memberikan fakta bahwa rasio profitabilitas yang berpengaruh terhadap kinerja keuangan pada PT. Blue Bird, Tbk yaitu NPM. Hasil persentase rata-rata nilai NPM PT. Bluebird menunjukkan bahwa lebih banyak penjualan berdampak pada laba neto perusahaan, yang berarti kinerja keuangan perusahaan juga lebih baik. Sedangkan, rasio profitabilitas ROA dan ROE tidak berpengaruh terhadap kinerja keuangan pada perusahaan PT. Blue Bird, Tbk. Hal ini dikarenakan perusahaan dalam mengelola total asset dan ekuitasnya belum mampu meningkatkan kinerja keuangannya.
