Abstract

Berdasarkan pengamatan dan wawancara terhadap pemilik dan juga pekerja, pekerja memiliki keluhan selama melakukan pekerjaan karena beban kerja yang tidak merata serta terdapat beban kerja yang melebihi batas normal seperti pekerja merasa lesu, kurang fokus, penglihatan kabur, mengantuk, dan lain sebagainya, serta pemilik UD. Nuraji Pot mengatakan bahwa terdapat pekerja yang sering izin tidak masuk kerja dengan alasan kelelahan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui beban kerja fisik dan mental yang dialami oleh Pekerja. Pada penentuan beban kerja fisik metode yang digunakan adalah dengan metode analisis cardiovascular load (CVL), yaitu perbandingan peningkatan denyut nadi dengan denyut nadi maksimum. Sedangkan untuk mengukur beban kerja mental dapat digunakan metode NASA TLX, yaitu berdasarkan persepsi subyektif responden yang mengalami beban kerja tersebut. Lokasi yang menjadi objek penelitian ini adalah UD. Nuraji Pot dengan pekerja produksi bak mandi, untuk pengumpulan data primer yaitu menggunakan metode wawancara, observasi yang terbagi menjadi peta proses kerja, waktu proses produksi, waktu longgar, data pengamatan pekerja dalam proses produksi, biaya tenaga kerja, dan metode kuisioner. Untuk data sekunder meliputi jumlah pekerja, umur, jenis kelamin. Pekerja di UD. Nuraji Pot klasifikasi beban kerja yang sedang dengan range %CVL 30% - 60% dihitung dengan metode cardiovascular load. Dihitung dengan metode NASA-TLX, dimana untuk klasifikasi agak tinggi terdapat 2 pekerja, sedangkan untuk klasifikasi tinggi terdapat 10 pekerja, dan klasifikasi tinggi sekali terdapat 3 pekerja. Perhitungan beban kerja didapatkan pekerjaan pencetakan sebesar 30,35%, pekerjaan plamir sebesar 20,30%, pekerjaan gerinda sebesar 36,44%, dan pekerjaan finishing sebesar 77,29%.
