Abstract

This research is entitled Implementation of Via Online Service Website System (Plavon) at the Dispendukcapil Sidoarjo Regency. in this study using descriptive research methods with a qualitative approach and tend to use data analysis. The theoretical basis as a guide so that the focus of this research is in accordance with the facts in the field. Qualitative research as a human instrument, functions to determine research focus, select informants as data sources, have data quality, data analysis, Plavon Application is a Web-based Via Online Service System managed by the Sidoarjo District Population and Civil Registry Office as a form of implementing Online Services. is an implementation Based on the results of data analysis in the previous chapter, it can be concluded that the Implementation of the Plavon Egovernment Application at the Dispendukcapil, Sidoarjo Regency, in general, has been going well, it's just that there are still some obstacles found.The Program Socialization Indicator can be concluded that the Population and Civil Registry Service has provided socialization to the community but is not optimal because socialization uses Social Media (Sosmed) and for offline socialization the service only provides socialization in Villages/Kelurahans but not comprehensively and those who are given socialization only the village took the initiative in socializing the introduction of Plavon The program objective indicator can be concluded that it is in accordance with the objectives of the Plavon which makes it easier for the administration and management of the Plavon Indicators of obstacles to implementing Plavon can be concluded that there are still frequent maintenance constraints and a lack of public understanding of the Plavon application so that people must ask first when using the Plavon application.
