Abstract

ABSTRACT Background: Social media is one of the instant media which currently has various functions in its role. Besides functioning as a communication tool, the mass media is also a means for users to dig up various information. The Btn_Komodo IG account is the use of facilities to make it easier for the public to access information on the Komodo National Park, some of the applications of the Btn_Komodo Ig Account are holding several activities or art festivals and holding environmental cleaning activities, especially in the Komodo National Park on environmental commemoration day and posting all activities and information about the Komodo National Park. Method: This study uses a type of quantitative research method research using SPSS. This type of survey describes the research population being studied. The data studied are data from samples taken from the population, so that relative, distributive, and inter-variable, sociological and psychological events are found. Results: The results of the study using the Simple Linear Regression Test show that there is an influence between Exposure to BTN Komodo Instagram Accounts on Interest in Visiting Domestic Tourists with a sig value of <0.05. Exposure to Instagram accounts has an influence of (6.93%) on respondents' interest in visiting BTN Komodo. The value (7.92%) is quite high, meanwhile (84.15%) is influenced by other factors not mentioned and examined in this study. In other words, the average respondent always takes their time to access information about tourist spots on Instagram social media. Conclusion: It can be concluded that respondents who often access Instagram social media, especially those who often access information related to tourist attractions on Instagram social media, tend to want to visit BTN Komodo when they see the information on Instagram social media. In other words, respondents who receive a lot of media exposure regarding information about tourist attractions will influence their desire to visit BTN Komodo tourist attractions. ABSTRAK Latar Belakang: Media sosial adalah salah satu media instan yang sekarang ini memiliki berbagai fungsi dalam perannya. Selain berfungsi sebagai alat komunikasi, media massa juga menjadi sarana bagi penggunanya untuk menggali berbagai informasi. Akun IG Btn_Komodo adalah pemanfaatan sarana yang mempermudah masyarakat untuk mengakses informasi mengenai Balai Taman Nasional Komodo. Ada beberapa penerapan Akun Ig Btn_Komodo adalah mengadakan beberapa kegiatan atau festival kesenian dan mengadakan kegiatan kebersihan lingkungan hidup, khususnya di taman nasional komodo tersebut pada hari memperingati lingkungan hidup serta memposting segala aktivitas dan informasi lainnya mengenai Taman Nasional Komodo tersebut. Metode: Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian metode riset kuantitatif dengan menggunakan aplikasi SPSS. Jenis survei ini lebih menggambarkan subjek penelitian yang sedang peneliti teliti. Data yang dipelajari adalah data dari sampel yang diambil dari populasi tersebut, sehingga ditemukan kejadian-kejadian relatif, distributif, dan pengaruh antar variabel, sosiologis maupun psikologis. Hasil: Hasil Penelitian dengan Uji Regresi Linear Sederhana menunjukkan ada pengaruh antara Terpaan Akun Instagram BTN Komodo terhadap Minat Kunjung Wisatawan Domestik dengan nilai sig<0,05. Terpaan akun Instagram memiliki pengaruh sebesar (6,93%) terhadap minat berkunjung responden ke BTN Komodo. Nilai (7,92%) termasuk cukup tinggi, sementara itu sebesar (84,15%) dipengaruhi oleh faktor lainnya yang tidak disebutkan dan diteliti dalam penelitian ini. Dengan kata lain, rata-rata responden selalu menyempatkan waktu mereka untuk mengakses informasi seputar tempat Wisata di media sosial Instagram. Kesimpulan: Dapat ditarik kesimpulan bahwa responden yang sering mengakses media sosial Instagram, terutama yang sering mengakses informasi yang berhubungan mengenai tempat Wisata di media sosial Instagram, cenderung ingin mengunjungi BTN Komodo saat melihat informasinya di media sosial Instagram. Dengan kata lain, responden yang banyak menerima terpaan media mengenai informasi seputar tempat Wisata akan memengaruhi keinginannya untuk berkunjung ke tempat wisata BTN Komodo.
