Abstract

Program CSR (Corporate Social Resposibility) memiliki peran penting bagi keberlangsungan suatu perusahaan dalam kegiatan operasionalnya. Melalui CSR perusahaan mampu meningkatkan hubungan baik dengan para stakeholder-nya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui: Analisis Program Corporate Social Responsibility PT. ISM Bogasari Flour Mills Surabaya dalam Meningkatkan Hubungan Baik dengan Stakeholder Eksternal. Jenis penelitian ini yaitu kualitatif. Terdapat satu informan primer dalam penelitian ini yaitu Kepala HR Bogasari Surabaya dan dua informan pendukung yaitu pihak Kecamatan Pabean Cantikan dan Warga Kecamatan Pabean Cantikan. Teknik pengambilan data dalam penelitian ini adalah wawancara, studi pustaka, dan dokumentasi dengan menggunakan analisis data. Penelitian ini menggunaan model public relations James Grunig Todd Hunt. Hasil penelitiannya adalah pelaksanaan CSR Bogasari Flout Mills Surabaya terjadi persamaan pemahaman dengan masyarakat, adanya hubungan mutualisme, dan terjadi komunikasi dua arah yang berimbang dengan masyarakat sehingga mampu membentuk hubungan baik dengan masyarakat selaku stakeholder eksternalnya. Dengan itu, dapat disimpulkan pada pelaksanaan program CSR PT. ISM Bogasari Flour Mills Surabaya terjadi penerapan model public relations Two-Way Symmetric atau komunikasi simetris dua arah.
