Abstract

Pada dasarnya komunikasi interpersonal merupakan komunikasi antar dua oang atau lebih dimana biasanya disebut komunikan dan komunikator. Komunikasi interpersonal ini secara tidak langsung digunakan oleh masyarakat di dalam kehidupannya sehari-hari, dan di dalam komunikasi ini pasti memiliki tujuan yang berbeda-beda namun adanya komunikasi interpersonal ini juga memudahkan khalayak dalam menyampaikan sebuah informasinya dan menerima feedback. Dalam penelitian ini, metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif, dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Adapun pada penelitian ini menggunakan teori Disonansi Kognitif, untuk teknik pengambilan data peneliti ini menggunakan wawancara mendalam, observasi dan dokumentasi. Dari hasil penelitian ini yaitu Komunikasi Interpersonal Helper kepada penumpang dalam mengedukasi kebijakan lingkungan transportasi, adapun temuan dari penelitian ini adalah Kordinator menetapkan Kebijakan kepada helper untuk mengedukasi penumpang mengenai kebijakan yang ada dari tidak boleh membayar langsung di dalam bus, makan dan minum dan lain-lain. Dan kebijakan tersebut Helper perlu mengedukasi mengenai kebijakan lingkungan transportasi demi kenyamanan dan keamanan bersama.
