Abstract

The problem in this research is that the Family Hope Program (PKH) is still not effective in Sidomulyo Village. The purpose of this study was to describe the effectiveness of the Family Hope Program (PKH) in optimizing community welfare in Sidomulyo Village, Tuban District, Tuban Regency. The purpose of this study was to describe the effectiveness of the Family Hope Program (PKH) in optimizing community welfare in Sidomulyo Village, Tuban District, Tuban Regency. The research method used is descriptive with a qualitative approach and data collection techniques are carried out by interview, observation and documentation techniques. The results of the studies and discussions that have been presented regarding the effectiveness of PKH in Sidomulyo Village when assessed using the 6 elements of program effectiveness according to the collaboration between Budiani (2007) and Sutrisno (2007) namely program understanding, program socialization, target accuracy, program monitoring, goal attainment and change real. So the authors conclude that the Family Hope Program in Sidomulyo Village is not yet fully effective in improving people's welfare. Keywords: Effectiveness, Family Hope Program, Welfare
