Abstract
Football certainly cannot be separated from supporters. Supporters in football are a group of people who support their proud team that is competing. The supporters are called Supporters. Supporters can be said to be the 12th person in a football match. Of course, in Indonesia itself there are many big fans who are fanatical to support their team. With fanatical supporters, this will certainly bring up prestige among supporters. Examples of big supporters in Indonesia are Bonek and Aremania. Both supporters are rivals who compete with each other in supporting the team's prestige. Arema supporters are supporters of the poor Areka team. The existence of this rivalry can lead to conflict between supporters because of certain motives. A tragedy occurred at the Malang Kanjuruhan Stadium after Arema suffered defeat against its rival, Persebaya. Arema supporters took to the field to express their emotions, and the authorities took action by spraying tear gas. This caused hundreds of casualties. Bonek as Arema's rival has a response to the tragedy. There are positive and negative perceptions of dolls. In this research, the writer wants to examine the perceptions of Bonek members towards the Kanjuruhan tragedy. Researchers used a qualitative descriptive approach to get data that is described in the form of words. Researchers seek answers through interviews, documentation and observation. By using 6 informants and 1 media to be able to complete the research data. Keywords: Arema, Kanjuruhan Tragedy, Bonek Perception
