Abstract

In this study, researchers will explain several factors that can influence Competitive Advantage, namely Entrepreneurial Orientation, Product Innovation at culinary centers in Taman Dayu. To be able to determine the influence of Entrepreneurship Orientation, Product Innovation, and Competitive Advantage, researchers used quantitative research methods for maximum results, with survey research using questionnaires as the instrument. The sample of this study used a non-probability sampling method (nonrandom sampling) using a purposive sampling technique with a total of 100 respondents. The data analysis technique used is multiple regression analysis. The population of this study are business owners at the Taman Dayu culinary center. Data from respondents were collected by distributing questionnaires that had been tested for validity and reliability tests. From the validity test, it was found that the r value data for all question items was greater than the r table value (0.374), it was stated that the questionnaire was valid, and from the reliability test, the Cronbach alpha value was obtained > 0.70 so that it could be concluded that the questionnaire was reliable. The results of this study indicate that all independent variables, namely Entrepreneurial Orientation, Product Innovation have a positive influence on the dependent variable, namely Competitive Advantage.
