The technique of collecting this data obtained with method interview, observation, and documentation. Data analysis techniques for answer study This use data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and withdrawal conclusion. Research results This show that development bridge kite the can reduce congestion Then cross Where area the be one vulnerable area jam. So that development bridge kite impact on society deep Wage village access crossing become fast and easy. However, on the other side of its existence bridge the impact on street vendors because the stall is a must dismantled so that they lost work and eyes his livelihood.
