Abstract
The village is a government that has a direct relationship with the community. Currently the government is trying to encourage development both in cities and in rural areas by providing funds through the state budget. In a public policy, there is a need for policy evaluation, because with policy evaluation, improvements can be made to the policy. The problem that is often encountered in managing village funds is that there are often government employees who do not understand their work and are still experiencing difficulties in managing village funds. Another problem is that not all people are given the opportunity to be able to attend deliberations in village development planning. In addition, there are people who are not aware of the use of village funds in the village. The purpose of this study is to evaluate the Village Fund management policy in village development in Mojodowo Village, Kemlagi District, Mojokerto Regency. The research method used is by using a qualitative approach. The results of this study are geographically Mojodowo Village is one of the villages located in Kemlagi District, Mojokerto Regency. Mojodowo Village is located at the southern end of the Kemlagi District, which borders one of the villages in the Ngusikan District. In this study it was found that the village government had carried out development both physically and non-physically, in every government plan it always involved the community, but even so the government could not carry out development evenly because there were inhibiting factors. But the community has enthusiasm in every development carried out by the government because the development carried out can overcome the problems that exist in the community.
