Abstract

Good public service in Indonesia is by implementing good governance. Such as the Sukodono District Public Service Mini Mall (MMPP) which was inaugurated to address the problems that exist in the Sidoarjo Public Service Mall (MPP). The only District in Indonesia with a Public Service Mall that was inaugurated by the MENPANRB is Sukodono District, Sidoarjo Regency. The Sukodono District Public Service Mini Mall has 10 types with various kinds of services, namely, Dispendukcapil, Bank Jatim, West Sidoarjo Pratama Tax Service, Pos Indonesia, BPJS Health, KUA, DPMPTSP, BPPD, BPJS Employment, BPR Delta Artha, Samsat. However, in practice there are still problems and complaints from service users. The purpose of this research is to find out and describe the quality of public services in the Public Service Mini Mall (MMPP) in Sukodono District, Sidoarjo Regency, East Java Province. This study also uses a qualitative method with a descriptive approach. Data collection techniques used are interviews, observation, documentation. The results obtained by the researchers are that the Public Service Mini Mall (MMPP) of Sukodono District, Sidoarjo Regency, East Java Province is considered to be of sufficient quality but must continue to make improvements in the dimensions of reliability, responsiveness, assurance, empathy. The conclusion is that the Sukodono District Public Service Mini Mall (MMPP) can be said to be of sufficient quality, it's just that in its implementation there are still several obstacles that cause delays in the services provided to the community.
