Abstract
This researcher aims to determine the performance of employees in population administration services and obtain internal and external factors of Tanjung Perak Village performance. The research method of this research is qualitative descriptive. Data collection techniques are carried out by conducting interviews, observations and documentation. The object of this study is Tanjung Perak Village Apparatus, Cantian Customs District, Surabaya City. The theory in this study is a performance theory that uses five indicators, namely: Quality, Quantity, cooperation, initiative, responsibility. Researchers collected data using five informants, namely: Tanjung Perak Subdistrict, Government Head and three Tanjung Perak Village Communities. In this study, internal and external factors were found in Tanjung Perak village employees, The results of this analysis the performance of village employees in the field of population administration in Tanjung Perak Village has provided services to the community has run smoothly. However, obstacles arise from the community and from village employees are that the applicant does not complete the requirements for administrative education teachers, and there are employees who cannot operate computers to input population administration services.
