Abstract
The influence of public services on community satisfaction is one of the most important things in government, the government must ensure that the programs created are useful, easy to understand and use and make it easier for the community to engage in public services so that people are satisfied with the program. The purpose of this study was to find out how much the level of community satisfaction with Klampid New Generation (KNG) services in the Sidotopo Wetan Village, Surabaya City. This study used a quantitative method with data collection techniques using a questionnaire/questionnaire. This study focuses on 5 dimensions of public service, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, empathy, and tangibles to measure community satisfaction in Sidotopo Wetan Village. The results of this study indicate that the KNG service in the Sidotopo Wetan Village has an effect on community satisfaction but is not significant.
