Abstract

In the implementation of a construction project, planning and control are the most important functions in realizing the success of the project. Monitoring is absolutely necessary in order to achieve profit targets without reducing the quality agreed in the contract. The yield value method is one way to find out the progress of a project by establishing three indicators, namely BCWS, BCWP, and ACWP. The result value method is a method used to calculate the amount of costs according to the budget in accordance with the work that has been completed or carried out (budgeted cost of works performed). The research procedure begins with collecting data, conducting direct interviews with the project, and summarizing the results of collecting existing data. The purpose of this study is to calculate the estimated cost (Cost) and time (Time) obtained and calculate the estimated cost and time required to complete the project. From the results of calculations based on the analysis of the result value method, the total planned costs are Rp. 4,489,082,250 while the total costs incurred for 17 weeks are Rp. 1,923,940,648.44. When compared with the calculation of the accountant's value from the company, which is Rp. 1,913,667,654.92, the value issued is greater than Rp. 10,272,993.52 of the total planning costs. Work delays are one of the reasons for this cost comparison, as in the SV values in week 2, week 3, week 6, week 9 and week 10 where the SV value is negative, which means the processing time is not according to schedule or is slower. The total planning days are 270 days with 17 weeks of work or 151 days of work. The remaining Estimate Date Complete value reviewed based on the first to 17th week of data is 190.2 days. Meanwhile, the Estimated All Schedule (EAS) value, which is an estimate of the total project completion time, is 191 days.
