Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of service quality (X1), price perception (X2), and product quality (X3) of tourism on visitor satisfaction (Y) Ecotourism Mangrove Wonorejo Rungkut Surabaya. The research method used is quantitative research. In determining the research sample, the researcher used the slovin formula so that there were 96 respondents. The research sample was taken using accidental sampling technique. Research data were analyzed quantitatively using data collection instruments (questionnaires) before being tested through validity and reliability tests. The data analysis used in this study was the T test (partial) and F test (simultaneous) which were analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis, classical assumption test, correlation coefficient and partial correlation analysis which were processed using SPSS version 29.0. Based on the results of this study indicate that service quality has a significant influence on visitor satisfaction at Ecotourism Mangrove Wonorejo Rungkut Surabaya. If there is even a slight change in service quality, visitor satisfaction will also change according to the magnitude of the change in service quality. In addition, there is also a perception that price has a significant influence on visitor satisfaction at Ecotourism Mangrove Wonorejo Rungkut Surabaya. If there is even a slight change in the perception of price, then visitor satisfaction will also change according to the magnitude of the change in price perception. Furthermore, there is product quality that has a significant influence on visitor satisfaction at Ecotourism Mangrove Wonorejo Rungkut Surabaya. If there is even a slight change in product quality, visitor satisfaction will also change according to the magnitude of the change in service.
