Abstract

The purpose of this study was to examine the relationship between organizational climate and psychological well-being with employee work engagement during the COVID-19 pandemic in Bali. The research method used in this research is descriptive quantitative method. The research subjects amounted to 153 people, namely all employees who were still working during the pandemic at Hotel X Bali. The research sample was taken using total sampling with analysis technique, namely multiple linear regression. The results obtained for the first hypothesis that the significance value is 0.001 where the value is less than 0.05 with a value of F = 7.072 So it can be concluded that there is a very significant relationship between organizational climate variables and psychological well-being on work engagement. Then for the second hypothesis with a significance value of 0.000 where the value is less than 0.01 with a value of F = 15.135. it can be stated that the organizational climate variable (X1) has a very significant positive correlation with work engagement (Y). Finally, for the third hypothesis, the significance value is 0.000 where the value is less than 0.01 with a value of F = 17.967, it can be stated that the psychological welfare variable (X2) has a very significant positive correlation with work engagement (Y). therefore it is stated that the three hypotheses in this study are accepted.
