Abstract

Beberapa tahun ini badan survey nasional tentang data pengangguran terbanyak terdapat pada lulusan SMK. Dalam masa depan individu sudah berpikir saat remaja yang dimana remaja harus memandang konteks masa depan ingin dituju dengan merepleksikan minat, harapan, ketakutan dan kekhawatiran terhadap pekerjaan. Penelitian ini tentang orientasi masa depan pekerjaan dimana ada 2 prediktor yang dapat meningkatkan orientasi masa depan yaitu resiliensi dan dukungan sosial. Partisipan penellitian ini adalah 203 lulusan SMK. Hipotesis pertama (H1) dengan rxy = 0,572 dengan Sig. = 0,000(p<0,01) menyatakan terdapat hubungan yang sangat signifikan antara resiliensi dan dukungan sosial dengan orientasi masa depan pekerjaan, hipotesis kedua (H2) dimana t = 8,793 dengan signifikansi 0,000 (p < 0,01) yang berbunyi terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara resiliensi dengan orientasi masa depan pekerjaan, hipotesis ketiga (H3) dimana t = -1,225 dengansignifikansi 0,222 (P < 0,05) menyatakan bahwa tidak terdapat hubungan antara dukungan sosial dengan orientasi masa depan bidang pekerjaan.
