Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membuktikan dan menganalisis Pengaruh Stres Kerja dan Komitmen Organisasi terhadap Kinerja Karyawan pada PT FIF GROUP Cabang Malang 2. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif. Populasinya adalah seluruh karyawan PT FIF GROUP Cabang Malang 2. Jumlah sampel sama dengan jumlah yang ada pada populasi yaitu 73 karyawan. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah penyebaran kuisioner. Untuk uji instrumen penelitian menggunakan Uji Validitas dan Uji Realibilitas. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah Uji Asumsi Klasik, Regresi Linier Berganda dan Koefisien Determinasi. Sedangkan pengujian hipotesis menggunakan Uji t dan Uji F. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dari hasil uji t menunjukkan bahwa (1) Stres Kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT FIF GROUP Cabang Malang 2, (2) Komitmen Organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT FIF GROUP Cabang Malang 2. Sedangkan pada hasil uji F menunjukkan bahwa Stres Kerja dan Komitmen Organisasi secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT FIF GROUP Cabang Malang 2.
